• There is no return & exchange for all the products purchased.

No Exchange/Return on custom made and Discounted products. 

Refund Policy: 

In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.  

We do not have a refund policy. Kindly write to us on  smilingbeadz@gmail.com the necessary images of the unboxing video (mandatory) with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product. Parcel opening video is must for claiming the damaged product.
